What does “free travel” actually cover?
Split your travel budget into flights, rooms, transport, dining and sightseeing. The published Club benefits cover eligible Deluxe rooms, member airport transfers, tier-based dining and Free Play. Flights, attraction tickets and unrestricted city transport are not listed as inclusions. A clear benefits list does more for a trip than an optimistic headline.
Club access is for foreign passport holders aged 18 or above. Check which guests qualify rather than assuming every companion has the same benefits. Free Play Vouchers are gaming benefits, not cash for travel purchases. Gaming carries a risk of loss: stay within a separate entertainment budget and do not increase spending to pursue a complimentary service.

Route one: 388 eligible points for one Deluxe room night
A member who earns at least 388 Valid Points during one Gaming Day is eligible for one complimentary Deluxe Room night at LA DALAT Hotel. A Gaming Day runs from 07:00 to 06:59 the following day, Da Lat local time. Only Valid Points recorded under the individual member’s own membership account will be counted. Room reservations must be arranged in advance through Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club. All reservations are subject to room availability and final confirmation by the Club. Guests are required to pay the room charges upfront at the time of booking or check-in, as applicable. Upon completion of the required 388 Valid Points, the guest must present the original payment receipt or other acceptable proof of payment to the Club. The Club will verify the qualifying gaming activity, room reservation and payment details before approving reimbursement. Once eligibility is confirmed, the Club will reimburse the approved Deluxe Room charge paid by the guest. Reimbursement is limited to the room rate approved by the Club. Room upgrades, additional guests, incidental charges and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly approved. The complimentary room benefit may not be transferred, resold or exchanged for any additional cash payment. Membership card sharing or gaming under another person’s account will invalidate the qualifying play. [1]
Route two: monthly room nights for Gold and above
Rolling three-month tier thresholds are Bronze 50,000 points, Silver 150,000, Gold 300,000, Platinum 600,000 and Signature 1,000,000; Classic is the base tier. Monthly complimentary Deluxe room benefits are 3 room nights for Gold, 5 for Platinum and 10 for Signature. This monthly room benefit is not listed for Classic, Bronze or Silver. [2]
A room night is one room for one night. Two rooms on the same night represent two room nights, but actual allocation and companion eligibility must be confirmed by the Club. Do not assume that monthly tier nights automatically combine with the 388-point daily promotion. Confirm the benefits attached to your existing tier first.
Airport transfers and dining: the quiet budget items
The final membership table lists complimentary airport round-trip transfers for all six tiers, including Classic. Send arrival and departure flights, passenger count and luggage details. Confirm the schedule and covered route; an airport transfer is not a promise of unlimited transport around Da Lat. [2]
Classic Club meals require 20 points per meal, up to three daily; Bronze and above receive up to three daily. Alcohol follows the same structure: Classic one glass per 20 points, up to three daily; Bronze and above up to three daily. The table states no point deduction. Confirm serving hours and menus, and distinguish Club meals from a spending credit valid throughout every hotel restaurant.
Welcome Free Play: US$30 or the US$100 golfer offer
This promotion is available to eligible first-time guests of Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club. Guests must complete membership registration and provide a valid passport and reachable contact information. Welcome Rewards are provided as follows: US$30 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information; or US$100 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information and proof of a golf round played in Da Lat on the same day. The Golfer Welcome Reward is available upon presentation of valid same-day golf proof from Dalat Palace Golf Club, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club, or The Dalat at 1200. Welcome Rewards are not cumulative. If a guest qualifies for both rewards, only the US$100 Free Play will be issued. Only one Welcome Reward may be issued per eligible guest. Free Play has no cash value and is subject to the Club’s Free Play rules. The Club may verify identification, contact information, golf records and membership history before issuing the reward.
