The first shot in a complimentary Da Lat golf trip starts with the terms. Vallée de la Chance lists a 2,888 eligible-point offer per flight of up to four players, a monthly golf benefit for Gold and above, and a separate US$100 first-visit Golfer Welcome. Keep those three offers distinct and your booking enquiry gets much easier.
Route one: 2,888 eligible points per flight
A member who earns at least 2,888 Valid Points during one Gaming Day is eligible for one complimentary golf round for one to four players. The minimum qualification requirement is 2,888 Valid Points regardless of the actual number of players. The same 2,888-point minimum applies whether the booking is for one, two, three or four players; it is not calculated per player. A Gaming Day runs from 07:00 to 06:59 the following day, Da Lat local time. The complimentary golf benefit applies to Club-approved golf courses in Da Lat, including Dalat Palace Golf Club, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club and The Dalat at 1200. All golf bookings must be arranged in advance through Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club. Golf reservations are subject to tee-time availability and final confirmation by the Club. Guests are required to pay the approved golf charges upfront before or at the time of the scheduled golf round. Upon completion of the required 2,888 Valid Points, the qualifying member must submit the original payment receipt or other acceptable proof of payment. The Club will verify the member’s gaming activity, confirmed golf reservation and payment details before approving reimbursement. Once eligibility is confirmed, the Club will reimburse the approved golf charges for up to four players. Reimbursement applies only to the golf package and charges confirmed in advance by the Club. Optional upgrades, personal purchases and additional services are excluded unless approved. Golf rounds booked independently without prior Club confirmation are not eligible for reimbursement. The complimentary golf benefit may not be resold, transferred to another qualifying member or exchanged for any additional cash payment. Only Valid Points recorded under the qualifying member’s own membership account will be counted. Membership card sharing or gaming under another person’s account will invalidate the qualifying play. [1]
Route two: one monthly round for Gold and above
The final membership table lists one complimentary round monthly, up to four players, for Gold, Platinum and Signature. That monthly golf benefit is not listed for Classic, Bronze or Silver. Rolling three-month thresholds are 300,000 points for Gold, 600,000 for Platinum and 1,000,000 for Signature. [2]
If you already hold an eligible tier, ask about its monthly golf benefit first. This is separate from the point-based promotion. Do not assume two benefits can be combined for the same itinerary, or that an unused round carries over to another month. Confirm companions, the number of rounds and the applicable dates.
| Offer | Benefit | Main conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Point promotion | 2,888 P per flight, up to 4 players | Advance booking, tee-time availability and Club confirmation |
| Monthly tier benefit | Gold / Platinum / Signature: 1 round | Up to 4 players; confirm applicable dates |
| Golfer Welcome | US$100 FPV | First visit, contact and same-day receipt from 3 named courses |
Booking a round: check the inclusions before the scorecard
The US$100 offer needs a same-day golf receipt
This promotion is available to eligible first-time guests of Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club. Guests must complete membership registration and provide a valid passport and reachable contact information. Welcome Rewards are provided as follows: US$30 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information; or US$100 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information and proof of a golf round played in Da Lat on the same day. The Golfer Welcome Reward is available upon presentation of valid same-day golf proof from Dalat Palace Golf Club, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club, or The Dalat at 1200. Welcome Rewards are not cumulative. If a guest qualifies for both rewards, only the US$100 Free Play will be issued. Only one Welcome Reward may be issued per eligible guest. Free Play has no cash value and is subject to the Club’s Free Play rules. The Club may verify identification, contact information, golf records and membership history before issuing the reward. Any false information, duplicate registration or misuse of another person’s membership may result in cancellation of the reward. [1]
Connect the room and airport transfers separately
A golf offer is not automatically an airfare, hotel and vehicle package. For rooms, separately check the individual daily 388 eligible-point Deluxe room promotion or Gold-plus monthly room nights. The final membership table lists complimentary airport round-trip transfers for every tier. [1] [2]
A simple itinerary might be arrival and check-in, a confirmed round on the second day, then a departure transfer. Airport transport and transport to the golf course are different items, so confirm the latter separately. Include golf bags and passenger count in your enquiry. Ask about benefit combinations while the reservation is being arranged.
Before departure: get the tee time in writing
A useful confirmation includes the date, course, tee time, players, applicable benefit and included costs. Ask about cancellation or changes for weather and itinerary changes. “Likely available” is not a confirmed reservation; align your hotel and transport after receiving confirmation.
Use the contact channels below: “Our Da Lat golf dates are ___ for ___ players. Please confirm eligibility for the 2,888-point promotion or my tier’s monthly round, available tee times, and included or separate charges.” A golf holiday needs rhythm in the itinerary as well as the swing. Settle the details before arrival, then enjoy the round itself.
