1. WELCOME PROMOTION

  1. This promotion is available to eligible first-time guests of Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club.
  2. Guests must complete membership registration and provide a valid passport and reachable contact information.
  3. Welcome Rewards are provided as follows: US$30 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information; or US$100 Free Play for new member registration with valid contact information and proof of a golf round played in Da Lat on the same day.
  4. The Golfer Welcome Reward is available upon presentation of valid same-day golf proof from Dalat Palace Golf Club, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club, or The Dalat at 1200.
  5. Welcome Rewards are not cumulative. If a guest qualifies for both rewards, only the US$100 Free Play will be issued.
  6. Only one Welcome Reward may be issued per eligible guest.
  7. Free Play has no cash value and is subject to the Club’s Free Play rules.
  8. The Club may verify identification, contact information, golf records and membership history before issuing the reward.
  9. Any false information, duplicate registration or misuse of another person’s membership may result in cancellation of the reward.

General terms & conditions

  1. Available to eligible foreign passport holders aged 18 or above.
  2. Valid membership registration and identification are required.
  3. All rewards are subject to Club verification and approval.
  4. The Club may amend, suspend or terminate this promotion in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. COMPLIMENTARY DELUXE ROOM

  1. A member who earns at least 388 Valid Points during one Gaming Day is eligible for one complimentary Deluxe Room night at LA DALAT Hotel.
  2. A Gaming Day runs from 07:00 to 06:59 the following day, Da Lat local time.
  3. Only Valid Points recorded under the individual member’s own membership account will be counted.
  4. Room reservations must be arranged in advance through Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club.
  5. All reservations are subject to room availability and final confirmation by the Club.
  6. Guests are required to pay the room charges upfront at the time of booking or check-in, as applicable.
  7. Upon completion of the required 388 Valid Points, the guest must present the original payment receipt or other acceptable proof of payment to the Club.
  8. The Club will verify the qualifying gaming activity, room reservation and payment details before approving reimbursement.
  9. Once eligibility is confirmed, the Club will reimburse the approved Deluxe Room charge paid by the guest.
  10. Reimbursement is limited to the room rate approved by the Club. Room upgrades, additional guests, incidental charges and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly approved.
  11. The complimentary room benefit may not be transferred, resold or exchanged for any additional cash payment.
  12. Membership card sharing or gaming under another person’s account will invalidate the qualifying play.

3. COMPLIMENTARY GOLF ROUND

  1. A member who earns at least 2,888 Valid Points during one Gaming Day is eligible for one complimentary golf round for one to four players.
  2. The minimum qualification requirement is 2,888 Valid Points regardless of the actual number of players. The same 2,888-point minimum applies whether the booking is for one, two, three or four players; it is not calculated per player.
  3. A Gaming Day runs from 07:00 to 06:59 the following day, Da Lat local time.
  4. The complimentary golf benefit applies to Club-approved golf courses in Da Lat, including Dalat Palace Golf Club, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club and The Dalat at 1200.
  5. All golf bookings must be arranged in advance through Vallée de la Chance E-Gaming Club.
  6. Golf reservations are subject to tee-time availability and final confirmation by the Club.
  7. Guests are required to pay the approved golf charges upfront before or at the time of the scheduled golf round.
  8. Upon completion of the required 2,888 Valid Points, the qualifying member must submit the original payment receipt or other acceptable proof of payment.
  9. The Club will verify the member’s gaming activity, confirmed golf reservation and payment details before approving reimbursement.
  10. Once eligibility is confirmed, the Club will reimburse the approved golf charges for up to four players.
  11. Reimbursement applies only to the golf package and charges confirmed in advance by the Club. Optional upgrades, personal purchases and additional services are excluded unless approved.
  12. Golf rounds booked independently without prior Club confirmation are not eligible for reimbursement.
  13. The complimentary golf benefit may not be resold, transferred to another qualifying member or exchanged for any additional cash payment.
  14. Only Valid Points recorded under the qualifying member’s own membership account will be counted.
  15. Membership card sharing or gaming under another person’s account will invalidate the qualifying play.

4. DAILY CASH REBATE

  1. The Daily Cash Rebate is calculated based on the member’s verified Net Loss during one Gaming Day.
  2. A Gaming Day runs from 07:00 to 06:59 the following day, Da Lat local time.
  3. The rebate rates are: 5% Cash Rebate for a verified daily Net Loss of US$1,000–US$9,999; and 10% Cash Rebate for a verified daily Net Loss of US$10,000 or more.
  4. Net Loss is calculated individually based on the member’s verified gaming activity recorded by the Club.
  5. Gaming results from different members may not be combined.
  6. Only gaming activity recorded under the member’s own membership account is eligible.
  7. Cash Rebates become available for collection from 09:00 on the following Gaming Day at the Club Cashier.
  8. An approved Cash Rebate will be held for 15 days from the date it becomes available.
  9. Any Cash Rebate not collected within the 15-day period will expire automatically.
  10. Membership card sharing, manipulation of gaming records, duplicate accounts or other fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the entire rebate for the applicable Gaming Day.

5. WEEKLY POINT REWARDS

  1. The Weekly Point Rewards period runs from Monday 07:00 until the following Monday 06:59, Da Lat local time.
  2. Members receive US$10 in Free Play for every completed 1,000 Valid Points earned during the qualifying week.
  3. Only completed 1,000-point units are used for reward calculation.
  4. Any remaining points below a completed 1,000-point unit are not included in that week’s reward calculation.
  5. The maximum Weekly Point Reward is US$3,000 per member per week.
  6. Weekly rewards are available for issuance from 09:00 every Monday following completion of the qualifying period.
  7. Rewards are issued as Free Play and have no direct cash value.
  8. Points must be recorded under the individual member’s own membership account.
  9. Points from multiple members may not be combined or transferred for the purpose of this promotion.
  10. Membership card sharing, duplicate accounts or manipulation of gaming records may result in cancellation of the applicable Weekly Point Reward.
