Programme terms

Advance reservation is required and remains subject to room availability, eligible dates and the quoted room rate confirmed by the VIP Host.
The required target is determined by the confirmed room type and number of eligible nights shown in the room-points table.
Only eligible points recorded on the staying member's verified account before checkout count toward the benefit.
When the target is achieved and validated, the eligible room charge is waived. Incidental, dining, transport, golf and other separately priced charges remain payable unless expressly included.
If the target is not achieved, the guest pays the room rate disclosed at reservation during final checkout settlement.
Blackout dates, room changes, extensions, early departure and overlapping offers are governed by the final written promotion rules.
